03 — REQUIREMENTS

What We
Need From You

No unnecessary barriers. We want operators who are professional, legal, and serious about their work. That's the full list.

Active DOT Authority or Carrier Packet You must have your own authority or be properly set up as a carrier. MC number, DOT registration, and all required operating authority up to date.

Commercial Insurance Active commercial truck insurance meeting federal requirements. We'll need your certificate of insurance before the first load.

Class 8 Equipment in Good Condition Trucks that can legally haul FTL general freight. Pre-trip inspections done, no major defects, clean driving record. We're not looking for perfection — just professionalism.

Reliable Communication A phone that gets answered. WhatsApp preferred. When we book a load with you, we need to know you're reachable — especially in transit.

Commitment to the Load Once you accept a load, you complete it. We understand emergencies. What we don't work with is operators who disappear after booking. Reliability is the foundation of this partnership.
